Villa Folacca's warm, modern design takes its inspiration from the island's landscapes. Granite, oak and acacia wood combine with refined contemporary lines to create a discreet retreat at the heart of a lively area surrounded by picturesque beaches and restaurants.
Covering around 60 m², the villa is laid out over two floors and opens onto a terrace of a similar size. The ground floor comprises a terrace, an open-plan kitchen, a lounge with a smart TV and a master bedroom with its own small private terrace. Upstairs, you will find a second bedroom and a second bathroom.
Every room is air-conditioned, and high-speed internet is available throughout. A laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer is also at your disposal.
The sun-drenched terrace features a private hot tub with its own outdoor shower, an electric Weber barbecue and an outdoor dining area — perfect for enjoying the balmy Mediterranean evenings.

Where is Terra D'Oro?
Terra D'Oro is set in the village of Bocca dell'Oro, around 15 minutes
from Porto-Vecchio harbour, 40 minutes from Figari airport and close
to Bonifacio (around 40 minutes). The beaches of Palombaggia and Santa Giulia
are 5 and 6 minutes away by car respectively.
Are the beaches easy to reach?
Yes, the beaches of Palombaggia and Santa Giulia are just a few minutes' drive
from the residence.
Is the restaurant easy to reach?
Le Petit Chose is around 5 minutes away by car, in the heart of Palombaggia,
right on the seafront.

The residence comprises three stand-alone villas, each offering privacy,
comfort and a peaceful setting.
What extras are included in your stay?
Your stay includes complimentary parking at the seafront restaurant
Le Petit Chose, as well as a pair of sun loungers per booking, from April
to October (excluding August).
Do the villas have air conditioning and Wi-Fi?
Yes, every villa is equipped with air conditioning and a high-speed
internet connection.
Is there parking on site?
Yes, each villa has its own parking space within the residence.
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately, pets are not permitted.
Arrival & Departure
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 4pm and check-out is by 11am.
Are the villas suitable for children?
Yes, the villas are well suited to families. If you are travelling with a baby,
we will be delighted to provide a cot and a high chair on request.
What if I arrive in the morning, before check-in time?
Rather than waiting around, why not make the most of the beach and the sea
from the sun loungers at Le Petit Chose restaurant? Beach showers
are available, and the restaurant serves lunch from midday.
If you feel peckish before lunchtime, the Kiosque Amanina, a beach snack bar close to the sun loungers, serves paninis, crêpes and ice creams.
Booking Conditions & Cancellation
A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your stay. The balance is paid online via a secure payment link sent by email 48 hours before your arrival — no payment is taken on site.
Cancellation: the deposit is refunded in full for cancellations more than 30 days before arrival, and 50% of the deposit is refunded between 15 and 30 days before arrival; within 15 days of arrival, the deposit is retained. Within 48 hours of arrival, the full cost of the stay (deposit and balance) remains due — a balance already paid is non-refundable.
A €500 security deposit will be requested by card pre-authorisation on the day of your arrival (the amount is not debited).
Parties and events are not permitted. We kindly ask you to respect the peace and quiet of the neighbourhood and to avoid any noise disturbance, particularly in the evening, at night and early in the morning.

Stays spanning two periods: the rate is applied pro rata (each night at the rate of its own period). The minimum stay is the one that applies to your arrival period.
The residence is closed from December to March. Bookings are open through to November 2027.
